It’s a whole thing. Symptoms vary, but the bottom line is, your body is used to a thing and it has to adjust. If it took 16 days for you to notice, congratulations. You probably have a relatively minor addiction and it shouldn’t be terribly difficult to shake. Stick with it, find satisfaction in other avenues of life, and you should be good to go in a month or two. But don’t ever go back to porn, that’s be a waste.
One thing to consider. In my case, I thought that symptoms caused by something else were withdrawals as they popped up at around the same time I started really trying to kick porn. If they get severe, you may want to get them checked out medically just in case.
