Does graveyard shift affect the reboot?

Okay so i have this part time call center job on the weekends and its always on the night shift (1am to 10am). I usually get 2-3 weekends or 3 to 6 night shifts (2 consecutive nights in the first weekend and then the others on the third or fourth week of the month). I feel like my body clock/system is always disrupted and adjusting. I’m worried about the impact on my health, though i get the weekdays to sleep normally at night and recover. Is this slowing down my reboot? I’m on Day 30 now and don’t feel much changes.
