Newbie here on Day 4 and I’m starting to notice how hard it is to be on any social media without seeing something provocative. Even simple clothes advertising will have a model showcasing a great ass for no apparent reason. Is this cheating/detrimental for my reboot and should I ban all social media?

  3. "Does looking at models in bikinis and lewds count as porn?" o_O Yes, in the sense that @Nomar explained above. :(
Many in this community have the same difficulties with social media and many have found that by deleting their profiles and avoiding those sites, it is a protection. Yes, even fully clothed models etc can trigger your desires for instant sexual gratification. You need to really commit to this challenge and be strict with yourself if you truly want to beat this addiction.
