Hi everyone. When I was sleeping today, out of nowhere I started to masturbate in somnambulism. To be exact, I started doing it while being in somnambulism and woke up almost in the end. It was impossible to detain myself at that point. This is the second time it happens to me and I find it really odd. I have never been a sleepwalker before so I don't know what to do. So, Does this count as a relapse? Any ideas on how to stop this? Thank you.
