Hello guys, Is it happened for anyone that your voice has started to change as you continue your sobriety from porn? I remember my voice was deep and weird. i started my sobriety in 2020 and after being 2 years sober from porn, i noticed that my voice has changed and it has become soft, like in a tenor range. Which is weird, because i thought your voice fully develops after puberty. Watching porn since i was 10, quit watching porn at 24, now i'm 26, and suddenly my voice is started to change and it feels weird.
Normally your voice gets deeper, not the other way around. But your vocal tone is influenced by how you feel on the inside (does an angry person talk softly?), so maybe now you are more at peace it is making your speech softer.
