Don't tell me that PMO doesnt cause hair loss

Hair loss is a very complex process that can be impacted by a ton of factors, PMO could be one of them, but I would not bet on nofap saving your hair if your already balding. First step should be a healthy lifestyle(including nofap) and diet, next supplementation, and next should be treatments and drugs.

If PMO caused hair loss and acne I'd be bald and full of red spots. And I'm not.

Seriously. Both hair loss and acne are the result of very complex processes that science is not able to explain fully. While you may see a correlation that's by no means proof of causation.

For example, if you notice hair loss today it's the result of a process in the hair follicle that started months before. Anything you do today won't have any effect on your hair today (unless real detrimental stuff like radioactivity).

So... hold your horses seeing all kinds of causal effects, it's most probably in your head. If you wait long enough you'd be able to correlate PMO and dying; would you say PMO is causing death as well then?
