My dreams have been extremely vivid the last 4 days, and I actually had a dream I was PMO'ing but didn't O in the dream but still felt that weird disappointment. Luckily I woke up and it was a dream but anyone else encounter this?

I had a few sex dreams, and couple intimate dreams involving deep kissing, and fooling with one another so far during my current reboot.

I wish someone could explain to me how come ever since I quit porn about 4 days into my NO-PMO I have had vivid dreams every single night. Multiple ones are frequent from waking up, and then falling back asleep. Non-stop i have been dreaming, and am loving it.

  3. I think it's very common. It happened to me the last time I tried to quit porn. Right at the fourth night. I had a really lurid dream where I was getting it on in public with the mom of one of my son's friends. I felt really weird around her for months after that.

  4. I'm on my fourth night tonight...so I might have a good story for you tomorrow...:p

ye but dude, It's not something thats a hit or miss. I have had them every single night, including small rems such as a nap.

Everytime I fall asleep, wake up, fall asleep new dreams.

I need the science behind it

  6. That's pretty extreme, for sure. For me, I think it went on for a few days, but it did stop eventually.

Dreams are generally pretty random. Anything can pop into your head, but often your dreams will incorporate things you were thinking about shortly before you went to sleep. You might want to try reading in bed for an hour before sleeping, if you haven't already done so. And/or going for a walk or exercising during the evening.
