For me, and I'm sure most of us, dreams are seemingly random with a little bit of reality thrown in from time to time. Well among the randomness, I've now had two dreams during my NoFap that involved me watching porn. The interesting thing to me is that both times in the dream I would think to myself that I shouldn't watch this because I had made a decision not to, but in the dreams I ignore that voice and keep watching it.

I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this or has any thoughts about it. I'm looking at it from an encouraged angle - my resolve to not watch porn must be pretty high if my conscience has even invaded my dreaming subconscious. Or should I be wary, that despite the conscience I ignored it in the dreams? Just curious.

As a side note, I have also had a couple of dreams involving actual women too...but not a significant increase in frequency over pre-nofap yet. To the best of my knowledge though, I've never dreamed about watching porn pre-nofap.

I too have those dreams. I like to see them as a sign of recovery. Because when I stopped drinking I also had relapse-dreams. Porn really is an addiction.

First of all i would recommend all u guys to learn and read about the bodies chakra system. This will definently help understanding the entire process of nopmo and why it is so beneficial.
The sixth chakra is also known as the third eye and it is your inner eye. Try close your eyes and imagine how your school looks.
For just a second u might actually see it? This is your third eye showing it to you. When u have programmed your third eye with p images it is natural that it now tries to release these images which can happen through dreams. Dont feel guilt or be worried about these dreams as they are a clearing of your inner vision getting rid of all that p

Yea man I have those dreams now and then.
And as Art said, I believe they are a sign of recovery. Smokers get them a lot when they give up.
You have no real control over what you dream about. The fact that part of you is aware you shouldn't be watching it is fine. I know a couple times I have woken up thinking "FUCK i cant believe I watched porn" and then i realise that it was just a dream, and there was nothing to do about it.

Keep going, you'll be fine. This is nothing to worry about. It just shows that your head is working it all out :)

  6. It happens all the time for me. And for a lot of people I talk to. I think its fine

The scary part about it is that it seems so bloody real that in the morning I was like "shit, why did I just do that?" just to have it be in my head that I just binged on porn.
