E-D in youth

Hey all,

I have been on the porn grind since 8th grade up till now as a senior in college. I never realized the damage dealt until I was with a woman two weeks ago and couldn't keep the little man up to last more than 5 min. I am currently a week and a half free from pmo but would like to know what the best way is to go about addressing this porn induced E-D. This issue has repulsed me from porn and any urge of watching it. Thanks and looking forward to your replies
