Effect of starting porn at a young age

Really sorry to hear about your situation. I agree, PMO does mess up our mental state. I had no issues growing up, performed well academically and I am still seen as a bright individual now. But going through pmo and pied got me into depression, failed relationships, nonperformance and overall lack of motivation or focus. We still have issues in our own lives (e.g. no solid social circles or meaningful relationships etc), but it is important to get rid of pmo because this is something that we can work on directly. Then slowly improve other elements of life.

 

I'd suggest that you seek medical help if you have any pronounced medical symptoms. But if you feel the general pmo side-effects, just stay strong, things get much better when we still feeling better about ourselves and can actually focus our mental energy and time on meaningful things.
