Ejaculating without an erection - extreme PE? (Trigger Warning)

This might be more recovery induced (especially as I had delayed ejaculation / DE and trouble achieving orgasm when I was in my daily PMO habit) than porn induced, but I am noticing that I frequently will ejaculate before achieving a full (or even half sometimes) erection.

Several times while getting waxed I have blown my load just by having someones hand on my penis. I get super anxious, my heart starts racing, I think, "Oh God, no, don't do it" . . . and then I'm ejaculating without even really starting to get hard. So embarrassing!

And it happens while masturbating, I'll often ejaculate before getting fully hard, sometimes within just a few seconds of touching.

Part of this might be because I rarely masturbate anymore and usually only have 1 to 3 orgasms a month. A lot of it might be caused by anxiety as well. Funny thing is, it rarely happens when having sex with my girlfriend. PE sometimes, but not before getting an erection.

Anyone else have similar challenges?
