I can complete 7 days easily. My next target is 14 days.

But today something strange happened to me. Today was my day 6 and I was video chatting with my friend (Girl). She was looking too hot today and I got an erection. After the call still there was an erection. So, I went to the washroom and as soon as I touched my penis, in a few seconds I just ejaculated. Here I want to clear out that I did not masturbate, I just touched the penis & tried to pee, but this happened.

Is this a relapse? Is there something wrong with me? I am worried.

No there's nothing wrong with you.

Many people have been very socially isolated this year, maybe that could explain why this was an overwhelming experience to you now and caused this to happen.

It would be worse if you were unable to become aroused. Unless you want to become a life-long celibate monk.

A suggestion for the future, maybe don't even pee if you are erect. Try taking a cold shower or doing pushups or isometric stretching or jumping jacks or something and see if it goes down.

Did semen and precum come out or did you ejaculate like during an orgasm?

Not a relapse because it was unintentional.. Now if u had a feeling you were going to bust and touched ur manhood anyway.. That would be a YES on the relapse. But it sounds like it wasn't your fault.

Wow that is very surreal. Although is seems very accidental, during your reboot, you should avoid situations and movements that arouse you and cause you to ejaculate.

You don't really describe what your gf is wearing. If you just really like her and thought she was looking real cute, then there's nothing you can do about that. If she's wearing lingerie or is just naked, that's a problem. Now is not a time to force your mind to get horny. Your brain needs to heal, so limiting unnecessary forms of arousal to their logical limit is a must. If you're talking with your gf over a video call, you should definitely not be trying to get aroused (by her looks, roleplay, dirty talk, etc.) because the media barrier between you two will only reinforce your porn habits.

Additionally, if you're so sensitive that you orgasm from just the slightest touch when you get aroused during a reboot, you need to think of actions that are gonna deter this. At the very least, purely accidental orgasms (primarily wet dreams), do not hinder your recovery, but provide very strong chaser effects that are very consuming and very hard to resist. On the other hand, most porn addiction experts agree that any type of orgasm you have when not sleeping is a huge deterrent to you recovery and call for a reset on your counter.

If you find yourself with an erection and you take very little to orgasm, do not stimulate yourself at all. Dont touch yourself, don't shift your underwear, nothing. Don't flex your "dick muscles", which are the ones that stop your pee and allow you to make your dick flop up and down when erect. Flex your hamstrings and quads in 10 second intervals like 6-10 times, or until your boner goes away (this one really helps, especially if you need to lose a boner quick). Whatever you do, just find a way to not orgasm.

I'm gonna link to some articles about dealing with porn addiction during a relationship and what to avoid during a reboot. I hope they help.
