Eliminating behaviours related to PMO addiction

  1. I think this is also a key factor when staying off of PMO. When I've PMO'd I've usually opened a private tab in a browser. But I also realized that even if I search for something stupid on Google on private mode it activates the same feeling in my brain I've so used to, in fact just pressing the hotkey combination will do the trick. It's the same thing with other things such as curtains. Getting back home or waking up, the first thing I do is open up the curtains since I've got so used to fapping in the dark so that no one can see me. This brings me relief and a more open mind. The same thing could be said about leaving the door of your room open so that you're not hiding anything. All these will add up and I think changing the patterns we're so used to will help us a long way.

    I'd like to know your opinion, please share your experiences.
