I am also from germany. Work on your energy bro, if you are getting more and more self worth, feeling good inside, you will geht another energy that attracts YOURSELF and other people as well. Before 2 years a made the same experiences in my whole life. Since i made nofap, work on other things, i got another energy and most days i don`t care what people think about me because i feel such a great power in me and i know i am good. Work on yourself and you don`t care what people do. Your mind creates your life. Controll your thoughts as well if the situation is really what you think. The less you think about the situations the more you are on the right way. Beste Grüße
