Same here... abstaining, relapsing, abstaining, relapsing.. abstaining !

I feel like a big part in not relapsing, is to gain more inner body control. I noticed after a while, i get a full feeling down there.. feeling of stagnation. I have found out i can actually influence this more than i thought, with breathing techniques, letting the energy flow more. Transmutation (in body & mind) is crucial i have come to believe to do nofap succesfully. I won't give up ! gl gl keep it going guys, we can be masters of ourselves, its a long road, but its possible.
