Falling to the same place with the same rock for one month

I fooled myself into endless relapse a month ago. Help me get out asap

Ask yourself: WHY & WHAT FOR do I want to be "free"?

No willpower is ever as strong as being solid on your motivation = aka what drives you. Be gentle with yourself.

 

Think of the slippery slope towards resetting or relapsing. Do things that take you away from the slippery slope. Think things that take you away from the slippery slope.

Avoid things that put you on the slippery slope. Avoid thoughts that put you on the slippery slope. Avoid people that bring you down and put you on the slippery slope.

Well that was repetitive lol, but you get the idea.
