I’ve watched porn since I was around 5-6 so I don’t think I ever had a very normal sexual experience. But when I got to my teens and around the pandemic it only got worse.
I don’t feel attraction to women anymore, at all, nor do I feel anything when watching porn. Idk if it’s that I lost sensitivity or what, because I’m now starting to have some gay fantasies. I am very confused, has anyone gone trough anything like that? Or am I just in denial

Read through the forums. Plenty of people have been through something similar. Wow you have been watching porn since you were 5??? Cannot even imagine what porn might do to such a young brain. I started watching regularly only from around 17-18 years old and it fucked me up really badly.

DO not make any decision or judgment about your sexuality until you have a loooog reboot. Your badge says 68 days. If that is true, you have a good start. Just keep away from all artificial sexual stimulation. Your brain needs a rest big time. If you fail and slip up which is very likely if you have had a heavy addiction, do not beat yourself up, learn, read up on the science behind porn addiction and continue trying. Good luck!

Check out yourbrainonporn.com it is a great resource and a must read for anyone undertaking this journey.

I don't have the answer, but it seems common that after years of porn viewing some men start looking at gay porn. My theory is that they get burned out on straight porn and they need another thrill which leads them to gay porn.
@stoicrebooter92 above gave you great advice. Read again what he says and you should be alright.
    Good luck

Hello, I know. It really used to make me feel guilty whenever I watched it but couldn’t stop back then and it just got worse with time and only a few months back did I really start to notice the harm it made but I am yet to recover. Thank you for the advice and I will keep a positive mind and focus on other things
