Hi there! I'm beginer on this nofap stage of my life. I'm 29 years old and masturbating for a very long time unfortunately. Not watching porn for 3 weeks already but realised one thing: I can not watch porn but my arousal still tied very much to fantasy. And there're two problems about that. 1. I get aroused only anal, cheating and etc fantasies and not aroused to for example vaginal intercourse and 2. I can't maintain any erection without fantasy. What you guys think about all of these? very interesting to know your thoughts. Thank you all!
