I watch a number fapstronauts on YouTube and I've noticed some of them put photos of women in bikinis and in other revealing clothing as the video thumbnails. These women never appear in the videos and it just seem like it's some sort of click bait. I don't why someone who's trying to encourage people to not masturbate would put an image that might make them want to fap. I have no problem with women who do NoFap videos and I know we have to cope with seeing attractive women, but I don't see the need for these channels doing this.
That one reason why I like Seth Alexander. Not only does he avoid putting sexy women as thumbnails but he's also been honest about his motivation for making the videos. Also in this video he says you don't have to like his video or subscribe to his channel.
That is sick though for recovery and rebooting videos. I mean not sick, just so unskillful. I relapsed once the same day after being triggered by a GTA bikini cartoon on a video where the guy really had over 1 year of solid progress.
