Feel sleepy when drinking coffee

    I know that depends on the person,i am the guy that wants to sleep when drinks coffee but i lose the benefits that most people get that is focus and concentration.Is there something ese that can help me focus for my exams?.maybe i am not used to it,i drink ~ seven cups of coffee a year

    This helps me for studying.

    Coffee makes me sleepy too, but I like the taste and I'm addicted to caffeine most likely lol.

    Do you lack focus/concentration your whole life or just with certain tasks or?

    I got diagnosed for ADHD this year and now I take medication for it.

    i dont know if i have adhd,when i was giving exams to go to the university after high school i was able to focus but now after a lot of porn i cant.How they check you if you have ADHD
