Feel very depressed, always relapsed, please help me

    Hello I'm Alvin 16 from Indonesia

    I have struggled many times, but I always relapsed in second week. I have forced myself to do the other good activities but when I reached the second week it's very hard that urges is unbearable, I have tried to do other activities but I can't focus, got bored and feel the sorrow all of time, and eventually I relapsed. I can't make it for 30 days I want to reach that day but still failed, My longest streak is just 60 days one years ago before I joined nofap. Now I feel depressed, please help me

    Hey Alvin,

    First of all your English is great, a real credit to you.

    Second - reaching 60 days (whenever it was) is also a great achievement. I've never made 60 days yet - 55 is my best, I'm hoping to beat it this time. You should be giving me advice!

    Third - you're doing this at an age when you've got hormones screaming around all over the place. I can only imagine that makes it extra hard.

    You can do it though.

    Both of these will give you some new ideas to try, I hope.

    But, don't get depressed! This is very hard (extra hard possibly for you). Feeling low about it will only make it harder. Try to keep positive if you can - things'll be much easier that way.

    Hopefully you'll have some more good advice here soon.
