Feeling totally depressed and worthless. Just when I thought, I couldn't be broken. I had set up every possible barrier to prevent it from happening.

    Please help, feeling really depressive.

P.s snapchat was the reason for my relapse, don't trust yourself. I guess i didn't realise how addicted I was :(

Stop doing this to yourself. You are a good person for trying to remove PMO from your life. You are in the middle of a battle, and you can't win it unless you fight!

Barriers (web filters etc) won't stop your PMO addiction if you don't have the right mentality. Think about why you are on this reboot. You want to improve your life, don't you? Focus on your life vision and goals, and this will automatically lead you away from porn.

Read this, it will help you:

    Good luck :)

Accept your thoughts. Stay extremely busy, extremely. You are in the right place. Ask yourself some very important questions, and give yourself honest answers.

For instance will I try harder the next time I try to give up PMO?

What is the reason you are giving up PMO?

What do people like about you what are your best attributes?

Also try and think of this as a very hard job that requires a lot of hard work.

Work as hard as you can, if you try your best you can't blame yourself for it

Please call someone if it gets any worse, make a point to go outside as much as possible.. More that possible actually.

Please keep posting to this forum.

This is going to be a long road to recovery. I am 100% determined, inspired and motivated to become the best version of myself.

Thank you to everyone for the kind words and support, it really means a lot.

I am not aiming for a particular number of days anymore, just eliminating out of my life altogether.

    Hey Buddy!

This reminds me of a quote: "Don't take life too seriously, no one gets out alive."

You know, fap or nofap, there's so much good in the world. It may be the case that all that good is covered up in clouds and invisible to you because of what you're going through. But the big thing to remember is that pain is temporary. That temporary might be days, weeks or months, but eventually everyone catches a break.

If you're feeling super down, I would just take a deep breath and think about all of the good things you've experienced in your life and how many more good things you'll experience once you've made it through the stuff that's got you down.

As far as making some real progress on the nofap front. Bill Murray from What About Bob has the best strategy. Baby Steps bro, baby steps...

Good luck and I hope you feel better!

Just what i needed to hear 'BreakFree', that was very touching. I have started putting inspirational quotes around my room to remind me of who i want to become, and most inportantly if its worth having to won't come easy. "Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever."

Hang in there buddy. Whenever you get the urge just try and go for a walk or doing something constructive. Maybe say a prayer.

“Light and darkness cannot occupy the same space at the same time. Light dispels darkness. When light is pres- ent, darkness is vanquished and must depart. More important, darkness cannot conquer light unless the light is diminished or departs”

Day 6, and I'm feeling much better, thanks for all the supporting and informative comments.

I have only realised recently, that I was and currently still am zinc deficiant. This has caused dry skin, rashes, dermatitis and poor immune system.

I am starting to use zinc supplementation in my daily diet. There have been numerous results of the benefits of zinc supplementation.
