Feeling Super Motivated to Reboot!

I'm currently sitting in a Bogota airport on a 10 hour layover.. Normally the combination of boredom, and seeing lots of attractive Colombian ladies walk past me would have me running to the washroom every few hours to relieve myself of my erection. Not anymore.. I realize how destructive and pathetic a habit that is. How can I ever expect to be a competent sexual creature if I never let my craving for intimacy build? Sure it takes some level of self control but everything in this world worth a damn does.. I'm not writing this to brag, but I hope documenting my trails will help motivate others who are new to this as well.
