For me I have some moments where the urge gets so strong, I feel a burning sensation of warmth in my spine, stomach and even sometimes face. I feel then as if I have a glowing face. It feels somewhat good (I imagine heroine to feel that way). I read in chasity forums where people wear a chasity device (which has nothing to do wit nofap, they get off by not getting off) feel that same sensation. It is really hard for me to get rid of it (I immediately change the current thought and focus on my breathing). Just wonder if somebody else is experiencing it and how you handle it.
Yes, I’ve experienced this. For me, it’s when I am 100% comfortable, and laying down. If I’m not procrastinating, I use this feeling to help me drift off to sleep. Meditate and see the rise and fall of the urge, or to watch movie or show and just disconnect. if I am procrastinating, that’s a sign to get the hell up and do anything I have planned , work, meditate or go be active (take a walk, workout, go for a drive, etc).
