Hey all, I am finally taking the plunge and joining NoFap. I have been in recovery for about two years and have seen the great benefit of community. I recently relapsed with PMO and am recommitting myself to getting healthy. The past two years I have had some good streaks and learned a lot about my cycle of addiction. I hope that this can be another healthy thing to do for myself. I look forward to interacting with people now instead of just lurking!
