First aid tips

    I have write down some first aid tips which i have collect:


    for hard urges:


    1. cold shower

    2. eat a chili (puh and after you touch the chili i think its not a good idea to touch your dick)

    3. when you have time to do that take your running shoes and run, run away from that shit i should felt better after that


    for weak urges:


    1. turn up a hard rock or electro song very loud

    2. call a friend

    3. give the inner child a huge

    4. let the lazy boy out of you and say to yourself not now it’s not time later

    5. jump out your seat and scream stop and clap in hands to confuse your senses to get a clear head in the first moment

    6. take a rubber band on your hand and every time you have bad thoughts snap the band.

    7. Imagine your family members, friends, your boss, or other important people in your life watch at you during Porn masturbate or something else and that you’re really disappoint theme. Imagine that you promise to that people to stop your habits. ( Don´t do that when you get turned on by imagine some people watch at you trough PMO)


    Some tips you can combine or some tips are only good to get a clear head but you need to find out by yourself what tips work for you and what not.


    I hope i posted some helpful tips for you
    (may the english is not correct iam German and im still learning :D)

    Honestly most of the time when my brain try's to tell me to fall back into my old habits I just tell it to shut up and think how amazing it would be to make it to 90 days. Kinda silly I know but hey it works :D.

  3. These tips are good, but they will only work for a short while and give a temporary fix to get you through for a moment.
    These are all external things.

    Once we work on ourselves internally, on a soul level and start to honestly feel every single emotion that passes through us, craving will lessen.

    When you get that craving or urge, just sit with it and literally allow it to pass through your body without acting on the urge. Different types of emotions will come up for different people, but the key is to just deal with them and work through them.

    The external things are only there to help us avoid the real internal issues within ourselves, and we shouldn't do that. It's more beneficial to work from the inside out, than outside in. This all starts with us and our own emotions. We need to take full responsibility for our own emotions and impulses and work through them.

    I installed K9 filtering software. It blocks almost everything which triggers.
    One more thing is that, if in case we end up in those sites, it asks for password.
    The password I have set is a religious word.
    For example If you are a Christian, you can set to Jesuschrist, Mary, Turn2Bible etc
    These may help in controlling our conscious. can give us a second though before proceeding further after the trigger.
    Believe me, this has worked for me..

    i think the best technique for abstination is having a consistent and detailed schedule, you should not have a minute in your day which you don't know what to do with, very tight schedule. please comment
