first day in a long journey

hello,

I'm a 25 year old male and I'm here because I want to stop tapping,I've tried several times but I seem to relapse ecerytime. sometime I can go a week without it and other times I watchbporn 4-5 times a week. it's starting to effect me personally and after about 10-12 years of it I am ashamed of it.

I'm hoping to start hard mode from today and I look forward to succeeding with all of you guys help.
