Fitness & SSA (Same Sex Attraction)

    I’ve noticed that a lot of my SSA is rooted in insecurity about my own masculinity, and that focusing on self-improvement (especially fitness) has helped a lot.

    Wondering if there are any other guys out there who’ve experienced the same thing.

    It’d be great to help motivate each other.
