i am 24 yo, I've been PMOing since 13, had sex 2 times and suffer from PIED. So i started nofap in Jan this year, had few relapses and resets. Ramadan started last month so i decided to start again, Its been a week since all these symptoms came, i am not quite sure about Flatline because i get woods few times a day but libido is definitely low. i am also having mild depression and anxiety, difficulty sleeping, losing temper at small things. i must add that physical activity these days is quite low, i have an online business so i work from home, not doing gym, spending alot of time in bed reading books, go out only to buy groceries and stuff. Eating schedule is also messed up, because i fast all day, i only eat 2 meals in 24 hours. Any suggestions?
Hey man, I'm by no means "rebooted" and am just a couple days into my current streak (shooting for 90 days). But the times where I've had a longer streak I've always had to do some sort of physical activity. For me personally because I'm not a sporty person I like riding my bike or taking a walk. Something about staying inside all day is a huge trigger for me. Sounds like you are the same way from what I'm reading.
it's actually due to Ramadan mostly, well i do get out with my friends and try to engage myself in activities like reading or doing work, its actually like i am losing motivation for doing things for eg i used to write rap few months back, i tried doing it in recent days but i get anxiety and leave it after few minutes and my mind isn't clear, i get irritated even doing house chores. I don't know if its due to nofap or maybe because staying at home due to covid
