Flatline.. Need some advice

    Hi... I am in day 28.. Its not my first time reaching day 28.. i did this before twice.. but i failed and relapsed after 35 days.. this time am sure no more PMO ever... the first two week very normal and i never touch my dick and no look... then i enter flatline in my 3rd week... It was very hard for me to continue nofab... am full of negative thoughts, doubting and too much worry about sex and cant get good sleep and no morning woods .. this last 2 week literally every day i woke up 2 am.. and i entered my 4 week i got my first wet dream twice in a night... then i feel like everything come back to normal i got 2 morning woods in this week.. yesterday i was super positive got good sleep got good morning woods.. i feel myself like that very long time before... and today i think i got my flatline back.. and again full of negative thoughts... I used to fab for 5 years twice in a week and watching P for more than 3 hours and then M.. so i am thinking, my addiction is very bad and i cant accept my brain can rewire in 90 days... i never had a real sex in my life and am gonna get married in 3 months... thats y am so frustrated.. I hope i can go through this.. I have a questions to ask.. Am trying to get hard by thinking about my girl (not by P clips in my memory).. sometimes it works and it doesnt.. is that ok to do.. because if it works i feel very happy and it doesnt i was very sad.. Please give some advice

    Regarding wet dreams if you don't beat your meat it is normal not sign of relapse, in some cases it is one of it's way for our brain to rewire itself, don't worry too much for this.
    Regarding the temptation of relapse, I'm too a fapstraunaut of about 135 days, In my case reminding the name of porn stars had been the main cause of relapse, not today of course !. So since I began my today nofap journey when those cult names comes to my mind i made a sign of cross and and oppose sprite that hide itself behind. After i did such act for about 2 weeks consecutive, the image that comes to my mind gave up by itself, or minimized.
    And as a relatively a senior fapstronut, one of best my best advice for you is that
    :emoji_grey_exclamation:remember after some days of your persistence the temptation will be given up or too too much less
    :emoji_grey_exclamation:when the temptation comes always create an image of some thing, on the objective and ultimate goal and benefits of your destination
    :emoji_grey_exclamation:when you begin a nofap journey, your goal shall not be achieving some targeted days counting, though day counting is good to check the changes and to get more energy which encourages to go further, convince your mind as nofap is your life style.

    As you said yourself: the addiction is pretty bad. Remember, 90 days is just a number. Most people who are 25+ or older had to rehab 150 days or more. Stopping with PMO does not mean you will be happy 24/7. However, it does give you energy and creativity to start with other positive habits that can create this good feeling. Try to search for habits that can improve your life such as reading, walking, hot to cold showers, cleaning the house, healthy diet, easy daily exercise, ect, ect....

    Next: stop thinking about your girl to get hard. In my eyes, there is no difference from watching P or fantasizing. You cant rewire your brain if you keep this behaviour in place. Stop all P vids and fantasizing.

    For the rest, nice! Keep it going, your already on day 27. Very good.
