Flatline or no attraction?

    I used to love having sex and everything felt automatic. Over the last year however I really struggle to have any sexual urge toward my gf (of 3 years).

    Is there any way of knowing whether this is due to reward centre being wired for porn or just because I don't find her sexually attractive?

    In the sense that I notice an attractive woman when she walks by, but not that I have any urge to have sex with her.

    To be honest I've forgotten what that urge even feels like. It's like I have a mental block in associating sex with anticipation or pleasure

    Not to sound anti-nofap, but then are you sure that your current nofap "streak" is about merely "not fapping" ? There's a difference between resisting some urge specifically for doing "fap/PMO" versus resisting the urge for sexual gratification in general (whilst just "masquerading" as an attempt at nofap).
