Flatline!! pls help

Hi all! Im on my 90. day no PM and 60. day without PMO right now. Im a bit scared because im in flatline since 60 days and before it, i had flatline too (2-3 weeks long). I want to ask, what do you think, when will the flatline disappear? Im 23 years old now, i started nofap more then a year now, lots of relapses but now im on my 90. day. I know flatline lasts till it lasts, but ive got a girlfiend, and i dont know what to say her, when can we have sex again. I have absolutely no sex drive, mood swings, depression sometimes, brain fog. I started to masturbate 15 yo, the last 4-5 years i PMOd 2-3-4 times per day, and im 23 right now, but i started nofap at age 22, but did lots of relapses. So, what do you think?

Yes, my gf knows everything Im productive every day, i learn at university, go for a walk or go to gym, have hobbys... But the hard is that my gf learns in a different country right now, so we meet once per month now. Its good for me, so i dont have to say every day, oh sorry Baby, not today, because im in still flatline... I know its the part of the reboot, healing progress... I know it will pass, but it lasts 60 days now, and i dont want to wait a half year to have sex again.

 

And is it a long progress to get out from flatline, or from a day to another it happens?
