Flatline trend

    day 100,, when I get out of a flatline, it lasts for two days and then i just crash.. Idk y I'm not even fantasizing nor am i working hard... Isn't out of flatline suppose to last like a couple weeks? It's like I drank a red bull.. When this happened the two times, is my brain saying we need to go into another flatline again because this out of flatline is too hyperactive and some more recovery time is required so that my next out of flatline is more relaxed?

    You should probably get off nofap or you will lose that streak of yours. If i got off at 100 days everything would be different
