    I’m going to get rid of my iPhone. I told myself if I relapse again I will lose. Apparently that wasn’t enough motivation for me because I still relapsed. It’s going to suck but I’m pretty sure it will make my nofap journey easier. Anyone have any advice on a flip phone that doesn’t have internet and works with Verizon. Also has anyone tried this and had positive results?
