It used studies, data analysis, and several testimonials. I started reading the book when I first started rebooting and was amazed at how informative it was. Above all, what I found was that the more I learned how watching porn was affecting my brain, I found it nearly impossible to watch porn. Before I knew it, a couple of weeks had went by and I hadn't had any serious urges. Admittedly, had it not been for this book I probably wouldn't have made it this far.
