four days since i started

Hello community, this is my second post and it has been 4 days since I started this treatment, I have had joys and lows during this period, I feel that the head when the head is going to explode, like when you feel that even the hum of the TV bothers you, other times I have felt anguish (too much I would say), I know that this is part of the process so I have informed myself in the community and in the forum. It is difficult to maintain rectitude when you know that the brain is crying out for its "dose", I have used the elastic in my hand when that addictive sensation arrives and it has worked for now, that makes me very happy. Today when I woke up, the desire I had was aberrant, the only rubbing with the sheet made me stop immediately and my mind began to show a parade of images that started from the porn I have seen to relationships with my ex-girlfriend. At first I wanted to give in but in this case the will was stronger. My doubt I have with you is if that rubbing with the sheet that I made last about 2 minutes and then stop and regain my will would be considered a relapse, I am doing the PM challenge.
