Good day guys I am in a tough predicament here. For the past few months (6) I have been limited in my movement because of a knee injury I sustained while playing football(soccer). Before the injury I am going strong being pmo free for weeks or I only did it twice a month which is a huge improvement considering how often I used to do it. But unfortunately after my injury I begun having so much free time which caused me to revert back to my old porn habit. Now 6 months later I have amassed over 100 vids and pics of pornography on my phone which I realize is terrible but is one of the few things I go back to when I am bored. I am dissapdisapp In myself but I feel like I need to keep my adult videos and images on my phone for some reason. I am still unemployed so I consider it a push factor and I can't go out and do any physical activities because my body is limited at this point in time. I am just in a tough situation and any help would be appreciated.
 
I would say, download a lot of e-books from the internet, and start reading them after having categorised them on the basis of your liking's. There are numerous sources online where you could download e-books. be it on your iPhone or your android phone, although its simpler and easier in the latter, you can still download e-books in PDF format and read them from "www.pdfdrive.com". It is completely free.. You can other wise download the required book in any desire able format from Project Gutenberg , and Open Library.
If you don't feel that's good enough something to be doing, there are always other things that can entertain you or help you use your time in a much more productive way, like developing artistic skills for example; You can just try to draw something and develop your interest by starting with a simple goal and the happiness you get on achieving that would help you do more still. Next you must be a football fan, like you must be a football follower, so this is the time where the CL Round of 16 and the other KO stages are going through and hence they might be a source of time-killer for you. Then, you can watch some good movies which are out there, like for instance, imo Coach Carter is a very good movie, and there are loads of other movies which can keep you entertained too. You can also try meditating which super cool though, you can start with guided meditations and slowly move towards being at peace with you all by yourself without any other music and other stuff. This can be a pretty good experience for one who hasn't tried it yet !

You can obviously also try to start to learn programming from the web and basically it may bear to be fruitful to you given your situation of you being unemployed, [Only if you find it interesting, although you might anyways; and this is being said at the assumption of you not knowing to code] which you can start to learn for free from various places in the internet like Khan Academy [ This takes you to the programming tutorial page, you can still surf around and see if you like anything else] and basically these people start teaching you from scrap, so no need to worry at all if you are worried that you don't have any preliminary knowledge on coding. There are other such sources like some channels on youtube provide free tutorial videos whose duration maybe be hour-long and might tend to keep you occupied. Thanks for the advice football has helped alot. I try reading but something at the back of my mind is telling me the porn is more exciting. I always feel really motivimot to stop my habit only after I have done something relating to porn.

That's how almost all of us here would respond to such situations. Nothing new, or nothing to worry about. You can still read whenever you feel like having to do so.
But, there are alternatives as well, like Watching any movie recommended to you to be good, or watch any online videos on youtube, although the latter might put you up in a high risk of being falling in into an internet addiction, you can still watch something like: For example, you can watch an episode of a kids cartoon, or anything like, say Ben 10 ? I mean, that works for me ! Music can be of greater use too ! You can also meditate, talk to your friends, talk to some real people out there and try to stay physically alive, and mostly not electronically alive as we all usually do ! I would use those to calm myself sometimes, but whatever works for you !

Me without any physical ailment still lie down and not get bored all thanks to my smart android device. Theirs a hell lot to discover everyday like watching random contents on YouTube and then maybe reading something on quora or maybe watch something on Netflix or watch live TV or surf Pinterest. Many things to do but all this stuff will do is waste your time and make you dumb and compulsive. I will recommend if possible spend least time on android more time with friends chat with them face to face and get someone help you move on wheelchair if possible and go out and roam. Do some physical movements daily restrict them but still do I have seen bodybuilders with no legs so what's your excuse. And eat healthy make good decision maybe u can do a research about something u love or used to love as a child.
