Frequent Urination/Nocturia due to PMO getting better. Day45

For me, I think the biggest affect of P and PMO is that its caused me to have frequent urination/OAB/Nocturia/Urgenecy/etc. I have been to multiple doctors (primary care/urologist/nurse practitioners) and gotten checked for:
Diabetes
Diabetes Mellitus
Diabetes Insipidus
OAB
Enlarged Prostate
Prostatis (all forms of it)
UTI's
STD's
High Blood pressure
You name it lol. And they ALL came back negative. So if my body is healthy as a horse (I am 26) then why do I have ED and constant urination?!?! I knew it had to be from my addiction.

Ive had a couple of 40+ streaks and on my current 45+ streak with very minimal slip ups (not "relapses") Ive found around day 43 the amount of times Ive had to pee during the day has started to decrease. Last night I slept for 6+ hours straight before getting up to pee. I went sleep around 1:35am to like 7:56am. Anyone that has nocturia knows how big of a milestone that is because normally you wake up every one to two hours. Currently now I'm pushing to every 3 to 4 hours. I feel more control over my bladder as I sleep too. So my daytime urination is slowly easing up and my nighttime urination is also easing up.

Im going to continue to document my progress the longer my streak gets and hopefully in another month I can give an even better update.
