Hello Nofap Brothers! Question: Is it normal to have excessive urination when you begin nofap? I'm on day 6 and the past 2 days I've been going a lot and often it is slow going coming out. Anyone else experience this?
Probably in your head. Maybe you're drinking more liquids now. Maybe, you are having caffeinated beverages recently. But, I doubt that the frequencies of urinations have to do with anything of the frequencies of masturbation.
Yes, I experienced this and went to the urologist over it. Prostatitis was the diagnosis. According to the urologist I saw, common condition due to long term excessive masturbation.
