1. There is a lot more going on than i have said here. I don't live alone, i live with a controlling mum who does not understand, or care about eating healthy. I have little to no control over my diet, which is why i need a job so i can move out...

2. Easier said than done, again you don't know my whole life story no offence...

3. Again you are making assumptions, what makes you think i'm lying about PMO? Life circumstances change you. For example if you have a job, control over any health problems, active social life and you live alone. It is easier to have control. But when you are depressed, stuck at home, keep getting rejected at interviews, have no social life etc... You are more likely to relapse because your life feels like trash...

Ive been studying my ass off and worked in an industry for the last 6 years. I got top grades in my school in the subject i study at university. I have secured a graduate job. I know its easier said than done, but it MUST be done. You gotta do whatever it takes.

Depression is caused by PMO. You still secretly enjoy it deep down. You use it as a crutch to prop up your life. Now is the time to stop. If you dont, a lifetime if pain, misery and self-loating follows. It is the devil. There is nothing to enjoy about it. Your depression isnt cured by porn, IT CAUSES IT.
