Yea, the main toxin in the equation is porn. Masturbation seems healthy in moderation and in the absence of porn. The only problem is that many of us have been using porn to masturbate for so long that they are both neurologically wired together. During my reboot, I learned that my masturbation relapses were often followed by porn relapses. I think your better off abstaining from sex and masturbation. Abstaining from both masturbation and orgasm probably help speed the reboot, which can be quite time consuming (around 9 months.) In 9 months, you will be in a much better place to enjoy both masturbation and sex. For now, you just have to commit to the process and try to be disciplined.
