    I am on day 8 I am starting getting erections normally after 8 but not fully I can able to feel that .is it normal I want to change the life I want to quit masturbation and porn ever in my life can any one help me about this

    Im on day three and i can feel the change too in my body. I think this is the real happiness.. and we should try hard and fast to achieve that
