We both havent had sex yet .. i had been fapping 5-6 times a day and started noticing tons of problems ! PIED etc She doesnt know i fap i hid it from her ... i asked if i fap will u still be with me , she doesnt have any prob with it, still m not telling her ... Im on day 4 i got reallyy horny today .. i got blue balls ( i neeeded to cum but i didnt do it ) told her later about blue balls and she said " she said go and fap -_- Do you guys think she faps ? she has not lied to me ever ... but i havent lied to her about anything tooo ... except fapping ... what if she is hiding it too ? what if only m the one who is trying to save our sex life our future ? and she doesnt even know about it ... i dont want to ask her again then she will say i dont trust her etc What do i do ? how do i approach her ?
Because you have hid it from her she doesn't know that it is a problem and addiction to you. That is why she casually told you to go fap. Like after a horrible day at work a woman might tell her husband, "have a drink". She wouldn't say that if she knew he was an alcoholic. I don't condone drinking to cover up problems or fapping to cover up problems. Even moderately. Perfect abstinance is easier than perfect moderation. As for whether or not she faps... I highly doubt it. If she is your girlfriend and you can't ask your relationship is hardly serious. Without missing a beat you should have been able to ask her if she does if you were wondering that. But if she doesn't have sex with you I can guarantee she doesn't fap. Sounds like your addiction is starting to make up justifications for you. You know what you want. You don't want to be a person who stares at a screen and tugs at himself while watching people screw do you? Its not cool man. Its not worth it. Build up that auto-counter and remember how much tempation you've fought just to put those days together and believe me. I have alot of experience with addiction. With time your mind does heal. You will always have to keep your gaurd up for triggers though. But if you know you have a problem and you don't want to be a masturbator, then stick with it. Good luck brother.
