    Here I m fapped once more. Totally fapped three times today sad and feeling bit of back pain and dizzy. I am having an exam in a few days so can u help me in geting my energy back. I don't have any juice or anything. Nervous I am and afraid coz I have fapped and all my juice is gone and I have to study study hard but I am to tired for that.. please help
