Please tell me something to do that will make me uncombfortable and I will complete it.
Those the challenges I tried during the last two years :
-Zero sugar challenge for 30 days
-100 push ups a day for 30 days
-No Computer , TV , Smartphone , Wifi for a week
-No social media for a month
-Zero caffeine for a month
And those are the things that I will try this year :
- Becoming a vegan for a month
- Talking to a new stranger everyday
- Run a mile every morning
- Read 6 books in one month
- Read a self improvement book and apply it to my life
And there's a lot more challenges to do
I suggest that you use the challenges to form new habits
For example : try reading 4 books a month to form the habit of reading .
Meditate on who you really are everyday for 5 min
Walk naked around the city centre
And get arrested and have a criminal record? Or would the charges be dropped?
Change your avatar to something that is not either 1) anime and 2) female.
-read the Bible
Go to the mall and go to a clothing place and ask the most beautiful woman working there her opinion on various articles of clothing and whether or not it would look good on you.
I did this every weekend in the past to destroy my social anxiety. It worked well.
Read a book of 400 pages in a day
Memorize a poem
1 hours daily running
100 pages reading
Avoid atleast 8 hours any gadget in daytime
How you manage it? Any tips trick
Basically you'll read a book every 3-5 days .
I already did it and all the books were of 150 and more pages
It's not that hard if you link this challenge with quitting social media and TV instead of wasting time watching tv and scrolling on social media you'll read books

My contribution: tell everyone you love (SO, dad, close friend, whomever) that you love them - one person a week.
So basically you totally stop TV and social media do you get any special reading skills? ...like reading superpower
Take a (not freezing) cold shower. If you don't want to, take a (not freezing) cold bath. You're welcome.
Yo take 5+ tequila shots, you will feel very uncomfortable next morning.
Hold your breath for 90 minutes
Basically a lot of free time
You'll really dig deep inside yourself when you no longer watch TV or use PC or mobile even try it for only a week and you'll find out how you will find reading so fun and you'll be better at reading
And developing reading skills takes time and you can just start by reading
