Giving in to not PMO-related cravings

    Hey guys,

    2 weeks in and I'm experiencing lots of cravings for different stuff, mainly food. On YBOP I've heard that during rebooting you have to teach your reward centre that you can gratify yourself with things other than PMO. But then I read about the pre-frontal cortex and how addiction affects it - the amount of grey matter decreasing thus making you unable to resist someting... And this is where it gets tricky...

    Which of these in your opinion is worse? Or maybe... Which is better?
    1. Give in to these cravings and eat the cake or whatever just to increase the level of dopamine and teach my brain that it can be happy even when I don't look at P or...
    2. Kill the craving and increase the amount of grey matter in pre-frontal cortex and learn to resist any instant gratification.

    I really don't know... What do you think guys?

    I think there's a danger in replacing one external source of instant gratification with another one. Down that road, you'll be free of PMO but weigh 400 pounds and die of a heart attack.

    Exactly...

    Ok, maybe this week I'll try not to give in to these urges and see how it affects PMO cravings.
