Going on 3 weeks/ past few days feel like I’m dreaming while I’m awake very out of it /no appetite ?

First two back to back streaks over 30 days and relapsed - never had withdrawal except flatline first two times

day 19 of current streak ,
Monday-Wednesday no energy very very weak , night sweats / dizziness
And either Wednesday night or Thursday all of those problems went away my energy feels like it’s gone through the roof but i feel so out of it and

it has gotten worse sense I feel like I’m dreaming even though I am awake , like I wouldn’t say that i don’t feel like I’m in my body or anything like that but that similar to a sediated drug effect ? Like idk how to describe it as it like everything around me doesn’t feel real and i feel like I’m dreaming and I have had no appetite at all the last 3 days

Anyone else have anything similar ? I feel I’m lucid dreaming awake if that makes sense like awake in my own dream but I’m not dreaming I’m awake ...

I should mention my mood is crazy good like I feel very peaceful and positive no depressive thoughts at all which is odd I can’t remember the last time I felt so relaxed kinda feel drugged but I’m not

Am I experienced withdrawals finally ? Between the first two streaks and currently I have only pmo 10 of less times in almost 90 days compared to 2-3 a day for years on end
