    I have stopped PMO for about 3 weeks now, and I feel so weird. The only thing that drives me crazy is when I see some hotties moving around, or when on the subway and similar places some women involuntarily touch me with their whole body due to a lot of people. I become so wild in those moments. I think about having sex with them at those moments. But I also remind myself of that these are temporary; I will soon have sex with someone. Today I literally cried when I saw an underwear of a woman in a very unrelated video(it was about a baby chimp), because I feel so desperate without women and porn. I wonder if merely listening to woman moaning is okay, since I think that's the only way I can feel relaxed again. If it's not ok, then ok. I have to put up with this shit then.

    You've been relying on porn too long. You've used it to calm yourself, now you don't want to use it. So, your addiction finds ways to make you feel even more horny. It's trying to tempt you to return to it.
    Putting up with it only works to a degree. You need strategies and accountability. Will power will only take you so far. What's your plan?

    I understand why you ask this Ape. But it is not OK. It would be counterproductive to what you want to achieve. Our porn addiction causes us to think of a woman's tits, butt and pussy rather than as a person. If you listen to a woman moaning from intercourse, you are only reinforcing your sexual thought patterns. So, stay clear of ANY sexual material - written, visual and audio. It will playoff eventually.
