just checking in guys with an update. Had multiple things planned this and had fun. I was much more comfortable socially with less alcohol than I have been lately. Had plans with a woman to have a couple of drinks after the networking event and she flaked on me. She wasn't totally rude but it was pretty much a blowoff and I definitely notice a spike in my craving to PMO. Has anyone else experienced that?? So I decided to post about it instead of giving in. I definitely do feel a slight self confidence improvement on most days, but at night the cravings are strong. My voice still cracks sometimes under pressure, but I have also surprised myself with some smooth interactions, which normally I could only do rarely and with plenty of alcohol in me. For sure self esteem is tied up in the whole PMO addiction, and recovery, so I'm curious about your experiences re: feeling disrespected by a woman and how that might trigger you, and especially how you've been able to overcome it.
I cannot tell you about my experiences with rejection, since I don't engage a female in years. As long as you stay on this journey, you learn a lot about yourself, your reactions under pressure and stuff. That kind of stuff becomes so common that the anxiety starts to melt. Interacting and bonding with people seem so much easier. This habit (No-PMO) helps greatly cause you start to care less about other may think of you. Everyone around you have their issues to focus on. So don't feel like you're the center of attention when under pressure.

2010 was a year of extremes to me. My became far from my most intimate friends. Had a terrible time fitting my new school enviroment. Soon I developed Internet addiction. All my source of pleasure would come from this place. I conditioned myself to love the virtual. Getting a mate in real life were never a must you know. My brain simply didn't care.
