Good decision to join nofap! Just maintain that counter and ignore the urges (which gets very tough at times). I can't really help from a lady's perspective. Btw read about it's effects as much as you can, even though you might have experienced all of them. Also read a few success stories, they always give me extra motivation. Good luck on your 90!
